A leaner Scriptura
This update is about respecting your disk space and your bandwidth. We found that Scriptura was packaging a large amount of duplicate font data the game never actually used — so we cleared it out. The download and install are now roughly half their previous size, with nothing else changed.
Install size — before → after
- Windows: ~1.3 GB → ~690 MB
- macOS: ~1.2 GB → ~640 MB
- Linux: ~1.3 GB → ~685 MB
What this means for you
- Faster to download and update
- Less space taken on your drive
- Every translation, language, theme, and feature is exactly as before
- Your progress and settings are untouched
Same full Bible. Lighter to carry.
