The Lycurgus storyline is finally more or less complete. This month I'm working on missions and art assets for the second protagonist.
Our other playable protagonist leads the Fire Blossom group. Colonel Hongyu is the daughter of Yuan Wen, Grand Warden of the Qilin Dynasty. Her sister Biluo married the Emperor, and her brother Yuan Yingtian holds a place among the Eight Wardens. From childhood she received a royal education spanning military strategy, martial arts, politics, and the arts. At eighteen, she will wed Li Cunyi of the House Li—the final piece in the House Yuan's grip on the Dynasty.
Then Li Cunyi raised the Black Flag at Bazhou, broke from the Qilin Dynasty, and allied with the Revolutionary Army against the Interstellar Consortium.
Seventeen-year-old Hongyu, betrothed and less than a year from marriage, was struck by a wave of shame and fury. She led a handful of trusted retainers in a raid on the capital's military port, seized a warship, and set course for the Centersea Sector.
On the journey, she made up her mind. Her destiny had been shattered—she would no longer be a political pawn. She would build a mercenary corp and carve out a name that would ring across the galaxy.
One more thing: Inaba(eps_r), our volunteer Japanese localizer, recently completed a Japanese translation of the Chaos Galaxy worldview document.
