ONE FENIX DOWN Joins Next Fest + New Gameplay Trailer and September Release!

Hey everyone!

It has been a super busy first half of the year, but we’ve got some really exciting news to share with you, and seeing as how there's quite a bit of it, we'll cut to the chase and jump straight in.

RELEASE TIMING!

ONE FENIX DOWN is officially releasing on Steam this September!

This feels huge for us. As some of you know, this game has been a decade in the making, so finally being able to lock in a release window and share it with you feels incredibly special. We’re getting closer every day, and we couldn’t be more excited.

NEXT FEST

We’re thrilled to share that ONE FENIX DOWN is participating in Steam Next Fest, which kicks off June 15 at 10:00 AM PDT (UTC‑7) and runs through June 22 at 10:00 AM PDT (UTC‑7).

I mentioned last time that we would be joining the February Next Fest, but decided to postpone closer to our actual release date. This will be a big milestone for us - Next Fest is our first major event showcase, and since the demo is already live, you can jump in and play it today.

Howeeeeever... you can further help support us by wishlisting, revisiting the demo now, playing the demo during Next Fest, sharing the store page with a friend, or even recommending it to your favorite game creators. Anything you can do to help is hugely appreciated. Seriously.

A BRAND-NEW GAMEPLAY TRAILER

We just dropped a brand-new gameplay trailer today, and it will be making its debut during Indie Quest 2026 later this afternoon. It’s packed with fresh in‑game footage, showing off a wide range of characters and enemies, updated combat, and a sneak peek at what’s coming in the full release this September.
