Beat 'Em Up Collection (QUByte Classics) · published
If you grew up spending your allowance on arcade tokens, or spent countless weekends huddled around a CRT television trying to beat classics like Golden Axe or Knights of the Round, this game was built specifically for you.
Developed as a passionate homage to the golden era of sword-and-shield beat 'em ups, Blades & Battles brings back that raw, unmatched thrill of clearing screens full of enemies and conquering towering bosses.
Blades & Battles bridges the gap between classic design and modern execution. We have wrapped traditional arcade action into a striking 3D environment with a pixelated 2.5D filter that honors the 16-bit legends while utilizing modern visual depth.
You can take up arms as Arthur or Lancelot, each featuring distinct fighting styles, unique combos, and devastating special attacks.
While you can absolutely test your reflexes and conquer the battlefield solo, the true spirit of this genre lies in cooperation. Blades & Battles features support for local co-op (with full controller support) because there is nothing quite like coordinating your strikes, and watching each other's backs when the screen gets chaotic.
Blades & Battles is available right now with a special launch discount during its first week. Gather your companion, unsheathe your sword, and let’s remind these bosses why they used to fear the arcade cabinet!
