The witches are harvesting organs from the city's dead, and this time they've teamed up with mad klowns and marionettes. You play Special Agent Bram of the Arcane Unit, a dry-witted detective working the backstreets, bars and fairgrounds of a city full of witches, octofolk and pigfolk - most of whom would rather he stopped asking questions.
