Hey Rangers!

Our Space Manager Beta Demo just got a massive upgrade! 🚀Take a look at what is available in the newest Demo version below:

  • Found a space company, name it, and plant your first launch site anywhere on a real map of Earth.

  • Campaign or sandbox mode.

  • Build launch sites around the globe (latitude decides which orbits you can reach).

  • Build, upgrade, rename, and decommission launchpads.

  • Build fuel silos, and purchase fuel on the global market.

  • Build ground-based telescopes and link dishes into telescope arrays.

  • Build data center halls to hold what you collect.

  • Perform engine tests and analysis in the engine lab.

  • Maintain your ground hardware: repair pad wear, recalibrate drifting instruments.

  • Acquire vehicles from a catalogue of 18 real and fictional rockets, with more to come.

  • Order payloads/satellites built to your specs, or design them on the bench.

  • Unlock payload classes through research (comms, weather, nav, GPS).

  • Fuel and drain payloads/RCS thrusters, track their age, and scrap the ones that go stale. Accept contracts (better intel unlocks better contracts).

  • Design your own missions and solve the transfer windows yourself.

  • Plan orbits with the launch planner: LEO, ISS-class, lunar, interplanetary.

  • Claim payouts when a mission completes, and pay liability when it doesn't.

  • Load propellant from your own silo stock.

  • Run a wet dress rehearsal before you risk the real thing.

  • Program the guidance computer with your own ascent profile.

  • Poll the launch team station-by-station for go/no-go.

  • Check the launch-site weather (it's the real weather at that spot on Earth).

  • Count down and launch.

  • Monitor the ascent: gravity turn, staging, fairing jettison, MECO.

  • Handle anomalies, master alarms, and failing hardware.

  • Abort or terminate the flight when it goes wrong (FTS).

  • Manual override for stage separation, MECO, fairing jettison, and FTS.

  • Watch from onboard cameras, or pop the camera feed or telemetry out to a second monitor.

  • Read the post-flight report on every single launch.

  • Reach orbit and see how close you came to the orbit you targeted.

  • Fly to the Moon, then on to other planets—or head straight for deep space.

  • Handle any satellite orientation through onboard RCS thrusters—orientation matters to maintain a stable signal.

  • Plan satellite orbits, maneuvers, and ground coverage.

  • Deorbit spacecraft or satellites for a controlled reentry.

  • Explore the Solar System: 20+ moons, asteroids, and an extended Kuiper Belt.

  • Discover 30+ hidden worlds nobody has catalogued yet.

  • Reveal a planet's true surface by actually orbiting it.

  • Establish downlinks with your satellites and capture data. Store it, sell it, or fulfill standing data requests.

  • Scan the sky with your telescopes and run deep-space surveys for new targets.

  • Manage funds, watch inflow and outflow, and read your transaction history.

  • Take out loans when the next rocket costs more than you have.

  • Build reputation, earn XP, and level up the company.

  • Research staff training programs and a vehicle upgrade tree.

  • Earn achievements (60+ of them, synced to Steam).

⚠️ Please remember this version is still Beta, meaning you can expect bugs & glitches!Don’t forget to join our community hub discussion to share gameplay, thoughts, feedback, and suggestions! We are actively taking note, and we can’t wait to see what you all think.Happy explorations! 🪐

Community9 Aug 2026Ground telescopesGround telescopes are essential They establish a direct line of communication between vehicle and ground control so we always have telemetry and communication with our vehicles. They serve another equally important purpose as ground telescopes can be fitted with sensor units capable of scanning bodies in different bands. - Mercury scanned using infrared - Mercury scanned using ultraviolet - Mer…Community18 May 2026De-orbitingThe art of deorbiting is about cleaning up after yourself. A satellite that has reached the end of its lifespan will effectively stay in its orbit for many many years unless acted upon by another force. This will become space garbage that can pose a threat to future missions or other satellites. So it may be wise doing a controlled deorbit manoeuvre to have the satellite or vehicle burn up in t…Steam news17 Mar 2026DemoWe are thrilled to announce that a very early demo build of Space Manager is now live. This prototype is still in its early stages, but we wanted to get it into your hands as soon as possible to give you a feel for the scope, mechanics, and potential of the game. What you can do in this demo: Even though this is an early build, there is plenty to tinker with. Right now, you can: · Navigate the…
