Demo Update 1.0.2 — 12 Rounds, Better Tutorial & Help

More to play

• The demo now runs through Round 12 (previously Round 8).

Easier to pick up

• A tutorial prompt now appears on first launch. You can skip it and start the tutorial any time from the title screen.
• New Help button in the top right shows controls, rules and color effects at any time. The game pauses while it is open.
• Short one-time tips appear the first time you meet each system — the shop, combos, items and so on.

Controls

• Keyboard, mouse, gamepad and Steam Deck controls are now all documented in game.

Quality of life

• Added an in-game quit menu. You can now close the game while in fullscreen.
• Added 3x speed (1x / 2x / 3x).

Presentation

• Item chain sounds now rise in pitch as the chain continues.
• Bigger payouts now get bigger effects.
• The round summary screen was restyled to match the game.

Bug fixes

• Fixed blocks cleared per color showing 0 for some colors in the round summary.
