Added the Drawing layer, so you can draw right on your stream
Draw on the StreamSpook canvas and it shows up on your stream. Handy when you want to point something out on screen.
To get started, turn it on in the Overlay tab under Stream Tools > Drawing layer, then add it to OBS.
