Hey Gas Jockeys!

When we were working on Roadhouse Simulator, one of the interesting differences from Gas Station Simulator was the scale of the space we were building.

GSS gives you a larger station with plenty of room to move around, expand the business and add new services. There is a lot happening across the property, and the size of the station is an important part of how the game feels.

The Roadhouse works differently. The space is more concentrated, with the bar, tables, customers, staff and all the problems that come with running the place much closer together.
That changes the way you play. A customer causing trouble at one end of the bar isn't something happening somewhere far away you can usually see it, hear it and deal with it almost immediately.

Serving drinks, cleaning up, keeping an eye on customers and dealing with unexpected situations all happen within the same relatively small space.
We didn't want Roadhouse to simply be a smaller version of GSS.

The more focused space gave us a different kind of gameplay, where several systems and situations can overlap in the same place.

But when we were working on Gas Station Simulator and Roadhouse Simulator , we also had to think about what actually made sense for each place. A gas station needs things that travellers might want on the road like something to drink , something to eat , som…Community25 Sep 2026The details make the placeHey Gas Jockeys! A big part of running a roadside business is making it feel like your place . That's where decorations come in. In Gas Station Simulator , you can fill the station with everything from old barrels , signs and posters to lamps , trophies , plants and various pieces of roadside memorabilia . As you add more to the station, it slowly becomes something that feels less like an aband…Community24 Sep 2026One universe, two storiesHey Gas Jockeys! When we started working on Roadhouse Simulator , we knew we didn't want it to feel completely separate from Gas Station Simulator . After all, Roadhouse is a prequel . It takes place earlier in Uncle's life and gives us a chance to see characters, places and ideas that eventually lead into the world we already know from GSS . But we also didn't want to simply recreate the same…
