A small hotfix. FIXATE was holding chained champions to far more than it
should, and one card could not be played at all while it was on.
FIXATE only holds your damage now
FIXATE used to force everything a chained champion did onto the one enemy at
the end of the chain. From this build it only does that for the parts of a
card that deal damage. Every other part picks its target the way it normally
would.
- Forced Negotiation can be played while you are chained again. The shield
points move to any enemy you like, and the 3 damage still has to land on the
champion you are chained to. - Shielding, healing, curing a champion, handing a status across the table
and revealing a hand all pick freely. - Cards that hit two different enemies are unchanged. Colada's Dance and
And a Bottle of Rum still put their first hit on the champion you are chained
to and lose the second one.
The FIXATE tooltip and the combat log now say this, in all six languages.
Also in this build
- THORNS pays back exactly the number printed on it. No damage buff or
debuff on either side moves it any more. - Tactical Blow no longer comes out for free as the last card in your hand.
It needs a second card to discard, and tells you when you have none. - A champion who bleeds out as your turn opens can no longer hand you one of
their own cards in that turn's draw.
