Relationships are now part of the game and affect everything from a boxer being interested in signing, grudge matches, financial impact, trainer/gym relationships. Again this is a new feature and will be monitored as it has a new impact on the mechanics of the game.
Start as an AI Promotion, take on their reputation, stable, finances and attributes. Build them your own way... can you do better? (First pass of this, feedback appreciated as its raw currently)

Retirements tuned more to happen across the year, rather than at the turn of the year
New trainer attribute Fighter Protection; this works alongside Trainers throwing in the towel to stop their fighter getting injured during a bout
Tweaks to match engine around Stats and new commentary lines

Portraits can be refreshed in the Settings menu, this will bring in any images added to the game after you have begun your save
Improved Boxer/Trainer stability, one change of trainer per Gym per year
Tidied up notifications that could not relate to the Pop Up
Sponsors can be linked to multiple promotions
UI
Anti Doping format on Database, corrected the menu
Promoter Wars, corrected the tables to one long table for each category Majors/Local Circuit
Simulate tab will give option to add a number of weeks, i.e you can sim 10 years ahead if you want
All Independent trainers currently show on a Boxers training page. These cant be selected unless you sign them, but it can be confusing, so that will change to just who you signed
Revamp the Boxer contract page to tidy up the slider detail
Trainers replaced with Gyms and moved search filter accordingly
Small UI fixes
Toggle for Height and Weight display in the settings (Metric/Imperial etc)
EDIT MODE
Increase number of Organisations allowed in the Database
Various fixes regards contract editing, DOB and attribute edits(including exporting .csv)
