Update 2.6.0 focuses heavily on improving the new player experience. The tutorial has been completely revamped, and Career Mode has been restructured with three brand-new introductory levels replacing the old ones. These new levels gradually introduce core mechanics and act as extended tutorials.
Because of these major Career Mode changes, progression has been reset for all players.
One of the biggest additions in this update is the introduction of Floral Floats. At the start of every new save, players can now choose between traditional carnival floats and floral floats.
Floral floats introduce several unique mechanics:
Hamlet bots and result calculations
Flower materials
Tractorless float support
Hide your cart entirely
A new internal Flower style has also been added to support this content.
Ten new props have been added:
SWAT Helmet
SWAT Body
Police Baton
Four new Shields
One new Shape object
Beret
Rubber Duck
In addition, two new internal themes have been introduced:
Medieval
City
The entire input system has been rewritten. Controls now properly support physical keyboard layouts, allowing players using AZERTY, QWERTZ and other keyboard configurations to play without issues.
Many user interface elements have received visual updates and improvements. Other changes include:
Star ratings have been removed from levels.
Weight warnings can now become bold red in specific situations.
Generators have been buffed thanks to various performance improvements.
Marker points are now opaque, resulting in a significant performance increase.
Object duplication has been optimized.
The maximum number of AI competitors has been reduced from 16 to 14 for better performance.
The Boemeldonck map has received visual improvements.
Several text labels and translations have been improved.
Selling carts now clearly indicates whether you made a profit or a loss.
A notification is now shown when mods fail to load.
The mod menu interface has been redesigned.
Mod JSON files have been simplified.

Brabant-themed popup events may now occasionally appear in Fungus Town.
Even more Brabant dialect has been added throughout the game.

Featured example floats now also come with music selected by default.
The achievement list has been streamlined. Out of the original 22 achievements, 11 have been removed, leaving a curated set of 11 achievements focused on the most meaningful goals. This aligns to the annual 11-11 event.
