Hello Shopkeepers!
This week's patch is a quieter one, with much of the work focused on improvements behind the scenes and laying the foundation for future updates. While there may not be many flashy additions, a lot of important work is being done to help Teddy's Haven continue to grow.
Watching Paint Dry
After the recent painting updates, some incredible members of the community helped track down a number of issues with the new systems. Thanks to your reports, most, and hopefully all, of those paint related bugs have now been resolved.
As always, if you discover something strange, please let me know! I'm still keeping a close eye on the system and will continue polishing it as needed. Your feedback has been invaluable in making these new customization options feel smooth and reliable.
Backend Support for Future Content
Much of this week's development time was spent refining systems and preparing for content still to come.
One of those projects is Fishing 2.0. While it is still some time away, work has already begun on expanding the fishing experience. This includes new fish to discover, improvements to the tracking and collection systems, and additional progression features. Your existing progress and catches will carry forward into the new systems.
There are several other features being prepared behind the scenes as well. They may not be visible just yet, but they are steadily taking shape and will make future updates easier to build and expand upon.
General Fixes and Improvements
As with every patch, additional fixes, optimizations, and tuning have been performed throughout the game. Even when the changes are small, every week helps make the world of Ursa a little cozier.
