We're super excited to share that Echobreaker will be part of the upcoming Steam Next Fest!
If you haven;t tried it yet, Echobreaker is a precision speedrunning game built around fast restarts, finding and mastering the perfect route, and one very important question:
How much are you willing to sacrifice for a faster run?
In Echobreaker, every attempt is a chance to shave seconds off your time, and as a pilot you can sacrifice Echoes to perform impressive feats - Whether it's slowing down time to defeat enemies, performing superhuman leaps, or smashing through walls to create shortcuts.
For Next Fest, we wanted to update the demo and introduce a new feature: Challenge Modifiers
These modifiers raise the stakes of each level, adding extra difficulty for players who want to push even further. One will be available for Next Fest for those who want to raise the stakes!
