What's New
- Play in the browser at game.calcio98.com: a one-season trial, season packs, or Standard / Pro / Ultra (PayPal), with more Championships/Careers in the cloud on the higher plans.
- Owning Calcio 98 on Steam also unlocks the game in the browser.
- Google and Steam login from the browser, as well as the desktop client.
- Cloud saves are protected: the server confirms each upload, and the slot list flags an unverified cloud career or one that belongs to another account.
- The home screen opens the online leaderboard (calcio98.com).
Changes
- On the web, the free plan has one cloud save but does not enter the leaderboard.
- Pack/demo seasons are used up at the end of the campaign, not when you start: quitting and starting again does not burn a season.
- Subscriptions window: account status, plans side by side, and Championships/Careers plus Leaderboard/Online leagues wording.
Fixes
- The Steam name on your account is the real one, not “Steam 1234”.
- Sporting director: “Min average” filter label and correct half-stars.
- If a cloud save cannot load and there is no local copy, you get a clear error.
- From season two onward the campaign actually rolls into the next season; history, finances and cups follow the right dates.
