Despite its extremely limited number of heavy armored units, the Russian Guard specialization makes up for this with a powerful combination of aviation and artillery, backed by specialized infantry squads and armored transports.

RECON

Spetsnaz Vympel — forward infantry from the FSB Special Purpose Center, 7 men. Available in three loadouts: Close−Quarters (6P62, flashbangs), Base (RMG, RPL−7), and Stand−Off (TKB−0249 Arbalet and RPG−32 Barkas, also known as Hashim).

Pogranichniki — forward infantry, 4 men. The cheapest and most accessible recon unit, armed with a pair of RPG−18 Mukha.

Snaipery FSB — counter−snipers, 4 men. Equipped with top−tier sniper rifles — OSV−96, DXL−4, SVCh (8.6 × 70 mm), and T−5000. In addition to laser designators, they also carry Smokes.

Chaborz M−6 — scout vehicle. Can be equipped with a PKP, Kord, GShG−7.62, AGS−40, or Kornet−M ATGM. Up to 3 seats, 130 km/h on roads, 65 km/h off−road, and 1,25 stealth.

GAZ−233014 Tigr BRShM — recon vehicle armed with a 2A72 autocannon. Up to 4 seats, 140 km/h on roads, 70 km/h off−road, and 1,75 km optics.

GAZ−233034 Tigr SBRM — alt. version of the Tigr BRShM serving as an ISR vehicle. Trades its firepower for laser designators, 2,4 km optics, and 1,5 stealth.

MDP−01 Termit — helicopter−type UAV. Can carry S−8L guided rockets, Kornet−M ATGMs, or Igla−S missiles. It features good 2 km optics and 2,5 stealth, but comes at the cost of a very low top speed of just 120 km/h.

S−70 Okhotnik — heavy UAV. Can carry R−77−1 and R−37 AAMs, KAB−500 and PBK−500U smart bombs, as well as Kh−59MK2 cruise missiles with cluster warheads on its internal pylons.

INFANTRY

Spetsnaz Alpha — elite infantry from the FSB Special Purpose Center, 14 men. Available in two loadouts: Close−Quarters (ASh−12, flashbangs) and Stand−Off (AEK−999, RG−6, and RPG−30 Kryuk).

Rosgvardiya — specialized infantry from the National Guard, 7 men. Armed with the KS−23, one of the most powerful shotguns in the game. Can be reconfigured into a SOBR variant with more advanced small arms for a Stand−Off role.

BARS — Country Army Combat Reserve unit, 8 men. Available in three loadouts: Dual AT (RPG−26 + RPG−7V), Fire Support (SPG−9M + Kornet ATGM), and Mixed (Igla−N MANPADS + RPG−7V).

Reservisty — reserve infantry, 5 men. Available in two loadouts: Motopekhota (PKM, RPG−7V) and Motostrelki (RPK−74, RPG−18 Mukha).

KPV — fire support squad armed with a 14,5 × 114 mm HMG, 7 men. Also available as a Kord fire team version, with 4 men and two 12,7 × 108 mm HMGs.

GAZ−233014 Tigr — armored vehicle and multipurpose platform. Up to 7 seats, 110 km/h on roads, 55 km/h off−road, or 140 and 70 km/h respectively with the upgraded engine.

BPM−97 Vystrel — border combat vehicle. Can be equipped with various weapon stations. Up to 10 seats, 90 km/h on roads, 45 km/h off−road.

KAMAZ−63968 Typhoon−K — heavily protected armored vehicle. Can additionally be equipped with RWS that provide smoke. Up to 14 seats, 110 km/h on roads, 55 km/h off−road.

Shchuka — armored vehicle based on the Ural−4320 truck. Up to 8 seats, 95 km/h on roads, 45 km/h off−road. In its unarmed configuration, it can carry up to 800 kg of supplies.

VEHICLES

T−72A — 2nd generation MBT. Equipped with a 125 mm gun firing 3BM42 Mango (10 base DMG, 520−325 mm PEN). Can be Up−Armored with Kontakt−1 ERA.

Object 787V Gadyuka — alt. T−72A version serving as a tank support fighting vehicle. Equipped with autocannons and two S−8KOM rocket pods with 400 mm penetration.

T−62 — 1st generation MBT. Equipped with a 115 mm gun firing 3BM36 Kamerger (9 base DMG, 520−325 mm PEN). Can be equipped with the Sheksna guided weapon system and Up−Armored with ERA or the distinctive “Brezhnev eyebrows”.

Uran−9 — combat unmanned ground vehicle. In its base configuration, it is equipped with a 2A72 autocannon and four hardpoints for Ataka ATGMs, RPO−M Shmel−M rockets, and Igla−S missiles.

9P163−3 Tigr Kornet−D — ATGM carrier. Available in two variants: one with two Kornet launchers and another with a single Kornet−M launcher and additional optics.

SUPPORT

2S40 Floks — 120 mm mortar on a Ural−4320 truck chassis. ×45/15 HE and smoke shells in the default loadout, or ×60 Kitolov−2 guided shells in its extended−range loadout.

2S43 Malva — 152 mm wheeled SPG. Carries HE and smoke shells. Firing range of 4,5 km.

2S44 Giatsint−K — alt. Malva version with a full load of Krasnopol−M guided HE shells. Firing range of 4,7 km.

9K58 Kama — 300 mm wheeled MLRS with ×6 rockets. Can fire HE or cluster unguided rockets. Firing range of 5,5 km.

9K515 Sarma — alt. Kama version with a pack of guided rockets. Firing range of 6,1 km.

9K512 Uragan−1M — wheeled MLRS with ×12 300 mm rockets or ×30 220 mm rockets. Firing range of 5,5 and 4,7 km, respectively.

TOS−2 Tosochka — wheeled heavy flamethrower system with ×18 rockets. Firing range of 3,3 km.

KAMAZ−6560 — multipurpose truck. Up to 32 seats with a total load capacity of 12 t.

GAZ−233014 Tigr Gibka — SHORAD. Available with either Igla−S or Verba missiles.

BPM−97 AA — SHORAD. Available in two variants: M1B5 (GSh−30K, Igla−N, AG−30) and Strela−10MN.

96K6 Pantsir−S1 — SHORAD with radar, ×12 missiles and anti−aircraft autocannons.

9K331MKM Tor−M2KM — alt. Pantsir version equipped with a vertical launcher carrying ×8 missiles.

S−400 Triumph — long−range SAM. Uses 40N6 missiles with 20 base DMG, a firing range of 2.6 km (7.8 km with radar), and terminal guidance. Also available in a version with ×16 9M96M missiles from the S−350 Vityaz.

HELICOPTERS

Ka−60 Kasatka — combat helicopter. Can carry S−8 rockets and the UPK−23 and AP−30 gun and grenade pods, respectively. Up to 14 seats with a total load capacity of 2 t.

Ka−226T Alpinist — modular helicopter. Available in two variants: transport (up to 7 seats) and cargo (up to 1 t of supplies).

Mi−8AMTSh−VN Sapsan — multi−role helicopter. Can carry rocket pods, external weapon pods, Vitebsk ECM system, Ataka ATGMs, Kh−39 LMUR AGMs, and Verba missiles.

Ka−50 Chernaya Akula — attack helicopter. Can carry Vitebsk ECM system, R−73 AAMs, as well as Vikhr−1 and Kh−25M AGMs. Can be upgraded to the Ka−50Sh with a modern EO system with 2 km optics.

AIRCRAFT

MiG−31BM — multi−role fighter. Can employ any AAMs and carry up to six R−37s. Has the highest speed of all interceptors at 990 km/h without afterburner. Can also carry smart bombs.

MiG−31K — carrier aircraft for the Kh−47M2 Kinzhal air−launched ballistic missile, available with both HE and cluster warheads. A separate MiG−31K (S) version is also available, carrying a nuclear−armed Kinzhal.

Tu−95 — strategic bomber. Can employ Kh−55SM cruise missiles, FAB−3000 and FAB−9000 bombs.

Yak−130 — light combat aircraft. Can carry S−8, S−13, and S−25 rockets, R−73 AAMs, as well as a variety of bombs.

An−26 — transport aircraft. Up to 30 seats with a total payload capacity of 6 t.
