Chapter 3 of Ryka's story is out now, and it's a real long one. The average chapter length was about 1-2 hours before, and this one is clocking in at 4-7!
For this chapter, Ryka finds herself on a fancy Bifrost Corporation train, traveling between the Walled Cities. Unfortunately it's not a simple trip at all, and she gets thrown right into a very strange case.

In addition to the normal party size of 3, you can now add up to 3 off-field allies in reserve. For the cost of 10 HYPE, you can swap an on-field party member for an off-field ally. And while an ally is off-field, they give a unique passive to one on-field ally of your choice. What's more, off-field ally HYPE skills can be cast even when they're not on-field (though you'll get a tax of 15 HYPE).
To access this feature, you can click on the > SELECT SUPPORT option to toggle between adding party members or adding off-field allies! Hopefully this lets you fit more of your favorites onto one team together.
