A new option that doesn't need a language pack. Because it recognizes online, your voice is sent to Google's servers. Pick it under Recognition engine in the Basics tab of Speech
subtitles.

Removed unnecessary text and elements from the UI
We tidied up the UI and removed unnecessary text and elements from some screens.Random effects now show which part of the odds bar is which pattern
Each pattern's heading has a dot in the same color as its part of the odds bar. Find it under Random effect mode in Channel points.
Fixes
Fixed the translation bot translating messages it didn't need to
Messages from bots like Nightbot, short messages with only letters and numbers, and messages whose language can't be determined are no longer translated. Messages in half-width
katakana are translated as Japanese. What's skipped is listed in the Translation rules tab.
