Snap up the Jurassic World Evolution 3: Crocodilia Coast on Steam now. Including the Deinosuchus, the first crocodilian in the Jurassic World Evolution game franchise, as well as the Postosuchus, Desmatosuchus, Styxosaurus and Shonisaurus, each with their own full family unit, a collection of coastal themed scenery pieces and a fantastic selection of blueprints.

Five New Family Units

Jurassic World Evolution 3: Crocodilia Coast brings 5 thrilling species to Jurassic World Evolution 3 as full family units.

Deinosuchus

A distant relative of modern alligators, the Deinosuchus a fearsome predator, laying in wait for prey before snapping them up and killing them with a deathroll! The Deinosuchus has a long, broad snout and a powerful jaw with a bite force to outmatch the Tyrannosaurus rex. Its quadrupedal walking style and muscular tail make it a formidably fast species on land and in the water.

Styxosaurus

The Styxosaurus might look elegant as it swims through your lagoons with its beautiful bioluminescence but don't let looks fool you as it was actually one of the most efficient marine predators of the Late Cretaceous period. With bioluminescent skins for both the adult male and juvenile Styxosaurus, a full family unit of this long necked plesiosaur will look fantastic in your enclosures.

Postosuchus

The Postosuchus shares many physical traits with their modern crocodilian cousins such as a powerful tail, sturdy skull and a deadly set of jaws filled with sharp teeth. However, their main difference is their posture, as Postosuchus is almost entirely bipedal with smaller forelimbs, almost half the size of their hind legs.

Shonisaurus

One of the largest marine reptiles in history, the Shonisaurus is an ichthyosaur from the late Triassic period. With a full family unit available in your parks, these marine reptiles can grown up to 15 metres in length and weigh as much as 30 tonnes but the juveniles were much smaller and rounder! Despite its slim body, long, pointed snout and large flippers, it was a relatively slow swimmer and their lack of teeth meant they normally swallowed their food whole.

Desmatosuchus

Using its shovel-like face to dig in the dirt for its herbivorus diet, the Desmatosuchus is a distant family member to today's crocodiles. However it has many more defensive body adaptations and is recognised by the two rows of bony scale-like armour along its carapace and two large shoulder spikes.

Take a Behind the Scenes look at the incredible work our team put into the creation of the Deinosuchus, and the family units for the Shonisaurus and Styxosaurus.

Waterside Scenery

From waterfront huts to boardwalk blueprints, the Jurassic World Evolution 3: Crocodilia Coast pack has everything you need to quickly build a stunning water’s edge area for your guests to relax - until a dinosaur escape that is! Take advantage of a full wall kit, props, lights and signage to create a custom windswept area around your new species enclosures and lagoons!

Building up areas of your park is quicker than ever with thirteen new blueprints with coastal theming. Use these coastal themed scenery items to make your own blueprints and upload them to the Frontier Workshop, or browse the fantastic design made by the our Jurassic World Evolution 3 community and expand your parks now.

Update 1.4

That's not all we have to announce - Jurassic World Evolution 3: Crocodilia Coast launches alongside free Update 1.4! Take a look at what is included below.

Elasmosaurus Returns

Returning as full family unit with a brand-new juvenile, the Elasmosaurus is back! This group of Elasmosaurus are immediately recognisable due to their long necks, which could grow up to as much as 10m in length.

Gliding through your lagoons, the Elasmosaurus uses its streamlined body and paddle-shaped limbs to dart around its enclosure in search of food.

New "Clear Glass" Modular Scenery

A wide range of clear glass scenery pieces have been added as standalone scenery items and wall kits, allowing you to create interesting new enclosures, build clear dividers in guest areas and many more design ideas!

Updated Sandbox Settings

We've updated and added to some of the Sandbox mode settings for the base-game of Jurassic World Evolution 3, giving you even more options to play with.

We've also updated the presets to include the 'Chaos' option allowing for maximum chaos in your parks! From increasing combat and breeding frequency, to allowing for more aggressive territory expansion and reduced cohabitation between all species, there's no telling the mayhem that will ensue.

Alongside this new 'Chaos' preset, players will now be able to toggle On auto-transport of dead dinosaurs in Sandbox mode, allowing you to keep your parks cleaner and tidier for overall dinosaur comfort.

For the full details of everything included in Update 1.4, have a read of the Update Notes and check out the Update Highlights video.
