My dear friends and distinguished guests,
We first opened our doors almost three months ago.
Today, the Primordio opens anew. Life advances, the spark of creation must adapt.
Season One is not a list of toys. It is a new rhythm for how a life is spent, remembered, and begun again.
You will still run. You will still die. You will still carry what the void allows.
What changes is what endures -- and what you are willing to burn to make it so.
Essence remains the currency of a single life.
Qualia is what you keep when you choose to begin again.
At the Distillery, you may distill what you have earned into permanent Qualia. The board resets. The inscriptions fall quiet. Masteries, cosmetics, discoveries, and the Qualia itself remain.
Qualia multiplies essence gain for as long as you play. Early Qualia matter most. Later Qualia buy standing — Season rank — and the right to claim what the Distillation Track offers.
Twelve ranks. A long climb. A final threshold for those who refuse to stop.
Vitae is rarer than essence and more expensive than pride.
Mint it by sacrificing essence at the pyre or carry it out of certain trials and escape with it intact.
Spend it on the Distillation Track and on masteries that survive distillation.
Every mote of vitae is precious, use sparingly.
The Track itself is a claim of identity: how your spark strikes, how your cursor reads the dark, how your wisp appears, how the eye of the void is lit. Claim what your Season rank allows.
Deep in a run, a Seat may wake.
This is a mid-life trial. Clear it. Face its guardian. Claim what it offers, weary to accept the bargains.
Seats may yield tokens of the runes you carry. Escape with them. Use them in conjunction with Vitae to achieve persistent masteries.
Thank you to all who've been with me on this journey. I dedicate this Season One launch to all who've come before, on the shoulders of giants, I stand.
