Adjusted Pisces Relic:

Changed dice number total calculation from all dice values to the maximum possible values of all dice.

Changed activation condition from >=42 to >=36.

Adjusted Sagittarius Relic:

Changed dice number total calculation from all dice values to the minimum possible values of all dice.

Changed activation condition from <=28 to <=27.

Changed multiplier to 3x.

Adjusted all Relic inactive stages:

Changed "All X-color Relics become inactive" to "The first X-color Relic becomes inactive".
