Stalkers, Demo 1.1.0 is a hotfix for Steam Next Fest. Raids in multiplayer now have real stakes again: if you die or bail before extracting, your uninsured gear and raid loot stay in the Zone. It also fixes Anti-Rad Pills and Take All in multiplayer, calms down the Trifecta bunker gunner, and lets you double-click to use food, drinks and meds. Multiplayer is still Experimental. MULTIPLAYER: DEATH AND LEAVING A RAID
- Dying in a raid, or leaving before you extract, now loses your uninsured gear and everything you picked up in that raid. Insured gear still comes back (before, going back to the Hub after a death kept all of it).
- Quitting the game or disconnecting on purpose during a raid counts as leaving: you lose the same uninsured gear and raid loot, and insured gear still comes back (before, closing the game during a raid kept your gear).
- A crash or a dropped connection does not cost you that gear. MULTIPLAYER: ANTI-RAD PILLS
- Anti-Rad Pills work again: one pill removes 75 rads right away, then 3 more rads per second for 25 seconds, for 150 rads in total (before, taking one in multiplayer did not lower your rads at all).
- Picking up or buying an Anti-Rad Pill now just puts it in your bag and leaves your rads alone (before, taking a pill out of a container also removed 75 rads). MULTIPLAYER: LOOTING
- Take All (A) now takes everything that fits from a body or container in one press, and stops with a message when your bag is full (before, it stopped at the first gun).
- Looting the gun from a dead soldier lying in the zone now gives you that one gun (before, it could hand you the same Mosin over and over). MULTIPLAYER: TRIFECTA BUNKER GUNNER
- The bunker gunner now fires in bursts of up to 30 rounds, at most 1 shot every 0.12 seconds, then reloads for 2.8 seconds (before, he fired about 10 shots per second with no reload).
- He no longer shoots through walls.
- His gunshot now plays once per shot for other players in the raid (before, the shots came so fast that the sounds stacked and drowned out everything else). GENERAL
- Double-click a food, drink or med in your inventory to use one, in solo and multiplayer (before, double-clicking in your inventory tried a quick transfer and did not use the item). On a loot, stash or trader screen, double-click still moves the item.
- The corner now reads Zone Stalkers Demo v1.1.0 (was v1.0.9). Co-op is still Experimental, so keep the bug reports coming in the Steam Discussions and on our Discord. Play the demo:
