Career

Adjust event rating to better reward backmarker drivers who outperform their cars
Fix issue where driver's performance ranks could drop below 0% Bronze and into the negatives
Fix issue where Vroomula 2 teams would develop cars in between seasons (it's a spec series, all teams should stay equal)
Fix layout in the Team Edit view in Career mode

Settings

Add setting for horizontal margin for UI elements (useful for ultrawide monitors)
Add setting to display radio messages above the car (great for onboard camera modes, use with caution for other camera modes)
Fix issue where windowed mode did not resize window to match selected resolution
Fix issue where common resolution options would not populate in windowed mode
