Tied to the Beat is part of devINITIVE Showcase 2026 and the game is playing live on this page all week, from September 16 to 23.
Hit play and you will see a full session: the lyrics fly across the arena to the beat, each word sets off its own effect and the world changes with the song.
What you are watching
- Every lyric is a weapon. When a word shows up, the arena reacts to it: fire, rain, snow, light, all in time with the music.
- Four worlds. Evergreen Forest, Neon Desert, Snowy Aurora and Volcano, with rivers, bridges and whirlpools.
- Eight instruments. Guitar, violin, flute, piano, drum, microphone, tambourine and trumpet, each with its own attack.
- 52 songs in 31 languages, and you can import your own music and the game reads its lyrics.

This is the new build: 1,122 lyric effects made again from zero, the four worlds rebuilt and the biggest performance pass I have ever done on the game. Full details in its own announcement. Early Access ends on October 9.
