Some small fixes here!

Main Game

Icer — shotgun damage fixed to match the arsenal value.
Snatcher — reduced resistance to unarmed damage.
Bloodhunt mutator — health restore fixed.

Descent

Fixed a location where an enemy could get stuck under the floor — arena now ends correctly.
Fixed enemy spawns in 2 locations — no longer stuck in walls.
Fixed first boss activation trigger in co-op — now waits for both players.
Fixed several subtitle timing issues.
