CHANGELIST:
- Fixed issue with Customers clipping into the Registration Couch.
- Fixed issue with Speed Gun and softlocking when hiding the tool during animation.
- Fixed issue with Taser being treated as an firearm and being blocked by Gun Ban.
- Fixed issues with NPC's having problems during standing up after ragdoll.
- Fixed issue with disappearing cursor on computers.
- Fixed issue with vehicles and possibility to fine them twice in some scenarios.
- Minor tweaks to lighting and bloom.
