IMPROVEMENTS

Re-worked First-Person Spectating because previous implementation had major issues.

FIXES

Fixed an issue with Kill Cam during target set.
Fixed an issue with EAC during gameplay.
Fixed not being able to pick up dropped weapons by going over them.
Potentially fixed an issue when trying to report a player for spamming or verbal abuse.
