Bug Fixes

Added a load buffer to prevent players from entering the island with a stagger
Added client/host checks to prevent players from joining a lobby but not making it to the game
Incomplete state checks that were causing bad position data to be sent back to the host
Updated logging to keep the number of logs down to 5
