Mayday, mayday! Version 1.5.0 is live.
We have been working on this one for a while. The update adds three new puzzles built around very different kinds of communication, a dedicated run for crews who care about every second, two more supported languages, and macOS support.
🧩 Three New Emergency Protocols
These are not three versions of the same idea. Each one puts a different part of your crew's communication under pressure.
Radar Navigation Protocol
Read the radar, call out the markers, and work out a safe route together. The Pilot has the screen; the Co-Pilot has the instructions. Getting ahead of each other is usually where things start going wrong.
Code Word Protocol
The display gives you a colour and a round number. Your co-pilot uses both to find the correct code word in the manual while you search for that word among the buttons around the screen. Four clean calls. No crossed wires.
Damage Report Protocol
Damaged aircraft sections flash on the display. Identify the pattern, find its match in the manual, and enter the four-digit response code. A wrong entry clears the code, but the damage pattern stays put—so take a breath and try the call again.
🏆 The Leaderboard Challenge
Think your crew runs like clockwork? Now you can prove it.
The new Leaderboard level brings every protocol into one continuous timed run. Finish the full set as quickly as possible and your best completion time will be submitted to the Steam leaderboard.
You can check the Global rankings, see the crews around your position, or compare times with your Steam friends. Then jump back into the cockpit and try to take a few more seconds off your run.
Every second counts. How high can your crew climb?
🍎 Now on macOS
Mayday Protocol now supports macOS. Mac crews can grab a co-pilot, head into the cockpit, and take on every emergency protocol in the game.
🌍 Korean and Simplified Chinese
Mayday Protocol is now available in Korean and Simplified Chinese. The Expert Co-Pilot Manuals for both languages are also available in PDF and HTML formats.
