Update 3.0.433. Sand Temple Treasures Event

Wild Terra 2: New Lands · published 26 Jun 2026, 10:02 UTC · build 23928506

All newsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam

This is a safe PvP event, also available on PvE servers. On death, you do not lose loot or durability. Even beginners can take part, and special event weapons can be purchased for silver.

We have also added two event rooms to Shattered Castle, where you can receive similar rewards and complete most quests!

The archaeologists of Iteria discovered the ruins of the Sand Temples and carried out excavations, but the expedition did not go as planned: the spirits of the guardians possessed the archaeologists, granting them ancient deadly weapons and filling them with bloodlust. The entire expedition destroyed one another, and sandstorms buried the discoveries. But recently, local residents found the temple ruins, and stories of treasure have once again drawn the interest of Iteria's adventurers.

Obtain “Mysterious Sand Temple Boxes”, which can also be purchased in the game shop!

The event will last until July 14

Update 3.0.433 Patch Notes

PvP Event: Sand Temple Treasures:

- A new territory has been added to the Withered Canyon area: Temple Ruins in the Canyon, where the PvP event takes place. This is a safe PvP zone where mounts are prohibited: on death, there is no loss of loot or durability. You can quickly leave the zone through a special character.

- An additional bridge has been added to the Valley of Ancestors near the Valley of Screams territory, so players who do not plan to participate in the PvP event and simply gather resources can bypass the event zone.

- Conrad, the archaeologist's nephew, has appeared in Hartford. He tells players about the event, gives quests, and transports them to the location.

- Conrad sells weapons containing part of the sand spirits for use in the event zone and the city arena. These weapons will help beginners compete more easily with leveled players. Ranged weapons do not require ammo.

- In the center of the Temple Ruins in the Canyon, you will find the Sand Temple Treasures, as well as an altar with a description of the territory mechanics.

- In the Temple Ruins, you can encounter sand guardians and Excavation Sites for obtaining rewards.

- Added Mysterious Sand Temple Boxes, which can be obtained from Excavation Sites, from the final chest in the center of the ruins, and also from the game shop.

- Mysterious boxes may contain themed items from the Sand Temple Treasures event: 11 unique decorative items (mount, storage, bottomless chest skins and a statue, cloaks and masks), consumables (including the Scarab Beetle Symbol, which lowers a pet's level by 1), food for restoring Inspiration and with new effects, premium and dominium extension scrolls, as well as other items of varying value.

- Added new themed food, drinks, organs, and other valuables that can be obtained by killing guardians and exploring Excavation Sites.

- Added Deadly Weapons, which have a small chance to be obtained when exploring Excavation Sites. The weapons grant the wielder powerful effects for fighting other players, but work only in the Ruins and have low durability.

New in the Event:

- Added 2 Sand Temple Treasures event rooms to Shattered Castle. They contain guardians and excavation zones.

- Added 3 new daily quests for the Sand Temple Treasures event.

- Event daily quests are now given after talking to Conrad and no longer require mandatory visits to the PvP zone or killing other characters (though such tasks can still appear in daily quests).

- Fixed the sand guardians' type; now they are all Golems.

- Fixed an issue where some sand guardian animations might not play.

- Deadly Weapons now grant less movement speed.

- Reduced the bonuses of organs obtained in this event, as well as their drop chances.

Other changes and fixes:

- Dominiums on the starting island now have a 24-hour lifetime again.

- Slightly rebalanced Shattered Castle loot: rare and unique rewards will be granted more often for killing monsters and bosses, and less often from chests.

- Fixed an issue where it was possible to have more than one Oath at the same time. If you managed to get several, the Oath with the highest number of stacks will remain (if several have the same number, then the equipped one / the one in inventory).

- Resources will no longer spawn at the same point and overlap each other, and those that have already spawned this way should disappear.

- Fixed a situation where, in some cases, fewer resources could spawn in free spots.

- Items invisible due to server failures will now be moved to a free inventory/container slot on loading. This “missing” item effect has been eliminated.

- Fixed an issue where non-droppable items could sometimes drop during conversion when the inventory was full.

- Fixed an issue where the inventory could show a scrollbar.

- The passage near the southern bridge in the Valley of Ancestors can no longer be built over.

- Fixed an issue where the Parry skill icon could be displayed even if parrying was not applicable to the current weapon.

- Fixed an issue where, in rare cases, consumables purchased in the game shop might not appear.

- Slightly reduced the damage of Plague crossbow and Undead crossbow.

- A description is now shown when hovering over the role icon.

- Fixed a large number of errors and typos in English and Russian (over 400 fixes).
