Fixed game crashing after reporting a user level in the level browser (reports where still getting sent successfully while this bug was present, but the game crashed afterwards)
LB/RB controller buttons now correctly work for going to the next/previous page of user levels
Fixed scorebox being shown during secret level entrance cutscenes when in classic presentation mode
