v1.3 - Plugin updates, transcription/imports settings, and ui updates

v1.3 is here!

Plugins
-Working on fleshing out the plugins system, bundled a new TCG card lookup plugin as an example (documentation on the way once the plugin system is fully solidified!)

Import / Transcription
-Add option to select transcription hardware
-Add option to skip transcription on import and option to re-transcribe
-Add option to re-fetch source video
-Add ability to update yt-dlp directly from settings, no longer requiring full update
-Fix bug with pasting a playlist link fetching the full playlist instead of active video

Composer / Timeline
-Add character wrapping to text layers
-Add per-axis scale keyframes to image layers
-Add layer group system (used by plugins currently)
-Update to layer colors on timeline, based on layer type
-Fix bug with voiceover audio not always playing in preview

UI
-Updates to the start screen layout
-Removed the Simple/Full mode toggle for now, may add it back in with further planning
