Borderlands: Dead ECHOs is Gearbox’s first scripted narrative podcast, a darkly comedic drama set in the chaotic Borderlands universe. It follows Watts, a disenchanted DAHL ECHO Operator, who supplements his meager pay by sifting lucrative secrets from undeliverable ECHO logs and selling them to the highest bidder. When Junie, a curious stranger with big ideas, gets him out of a jam, the two strike up an unlikely partnership.
