Quality of life & New Player Experience

Many improvements have been made to the new player experience
Jack is now always visible from the very start of the game
Added a tutorial to help better explain the first 3 prestige mechanics
Updated various beginner/one time popup windows to align with the styling in the new tutorial
Improved the tips section
Reworked and restyled the hero info modals
Reworked how players select their damage breakdowns reference hero
Added the ability to exit any window with the Esc key
Centered the language text inside of the settings window
