With only 2 days until the launch of our game, we're applying the finishing touches to ReStory,
So whilst we're working on that, we also wanted to answer your questions regarding how much it'll cost and the rough gameplay time, etc. So let's get started! 💛
After hitting 700,000 wishlists on Steam, it's clear there is a lot of love for ReStory, and we're very excited for you to finally get your hands on the full version.
💛 When is ReStory releasing?
🪛 How long does it take to complete the game?
You'll be able to spend 15+ hours playing through the main story, but it will vary depending on your playstyle. You can play for as long as you'd like; the game has a lot of replayability thanks to branching storyline, device customisation, and all sorts of different orders you can receive while grinding through the online requests.
💴 How much will ReStory cost?
Just to give you an idea of how we've priced ReStory, it'll be $19.99 with an additional 10% launch discount.
You might also get an even better deal with some of the bundles we have ready and waiting for you, with a range of great titles you'll want in your library. We'll showcase some of them at launch, so look out for those.

🕹️ Will ReStory be Steam Deck Verified?
On launch, ReStory will be marked 'Playable' for your Steam Deck; however, it won't be fully verified. This is something the team will be working on.
💻 Can I play ReStory on Mac?
Yes! At launch, we will have a Mac version ready to play. It's been in high demand, so we wanted to make sure it was instantly available on release.
✨ What's new in the full version if I played the demo?
You might think you know all ReStory has to offer with our demo, but you've only seen the 'dust' on the surface of what you'll be able to do in the full game.
From new gadgets to disassemble that you might recognise from your childhood, to new mechanics to really test your skills as the master of restoring with upgradable tools and more 👀
Meeting some new characters:
Our tall musician needs some gadgets fixing just in time for a special event happening in Akiba that you might just have a big part in.
You're going to meet a lot more interesting characters who need their gadgets fixing; some will have interactions with each other outside of your store, and some might just remain a complete mystery altogether.
Match your retro vibes:
It's your store, so you customize it however you like! We received a lot of demand to be able to paint the walls, change the shelves to match your vibes AND additional storage with some shelving to place those licenses and not take up any crucial desk space. You'll also be able to place new decorations to really make the place your own.
📦 What next for ReStory after release?
Once we have fully released the game, the team will continue to work on any QoL improvements, bug fixes, and general improvements that we might need to make.
