Welcome to Noblecore AG ("Noblecore") - an exploration and production firm dedicated to the extraction of natural gas. As a subsidiary of Cube Corp, they are responsible for all matters related to the production of gaseous resources.
The Nebulae that started showing up in the last Navigational Update are now becoming large resource centers for your operation. Catch Asteroids passing through Nebulae and watch as the space rocks start cutting through the clouds.
New Blueprint: Vacuum
The new Vacuum blueprint will allow you to build collectors on the asteroid. Aim to place them in unobstructed locations and face them towards the direction of travel for optimal resource capture. You can also build them directly in a gas pool on any asteroid surface.
New Blueprint: Gravity Sink
Similar to the Gravity Well the Gravity Sink harnesses powerful Black Hole technology to alter the direction and speed of an Asteroid. Once you have built your Vacuums consider altering the asteroid's direction to maximize your time in the nebula.
Storage Refactor
We are constantly working on improving progression and reducing friction so we are making a change to the storage capacities both on the Freighter and the Shuttle. You will now see much higher capacities which means less cargo runs the further you are in the game and more space on your freighter so that you are not cargo locked with a full freighter waiting on manufacturing to complete.
Manufacturing Refactor
Speaking of Manufacturing we have completely refactored the way the Manufacturing Bay works. It now has updated machines that are animated and can be placed in the bay in various configurations.
Along with that we have added a new job scheduling interface that lets you start multiple jobs with various resources and have the load distributed amongst the machines automatically. Better oversight. More flexibility. More automation. Less babysitting.
New Manufacturing Machine - Constructor
The constructor is a new Manufacturing Machine that will allow you to produce an array of products required for contract completion.
Localization
The last two months saw a massive amount of localization work completed on the game. We are happy to announce that the French and German localizations are launching today in BETA preview mode. We are expecting add Polish shortly and work is already underway on Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Japanese translations scheduled to arrive very soon. We had hoped to have more languages ready for today's update but they need a little more time before they're ready to go live.
