We highly value the fans of the series! The base price will be $49.99 USD, BUT if you are a veteran player who already owns the original House Flipper and its DLCs, you will be able to get the game for as low as $16! Check out our previous devlog for more information on that!

Tired of picking up trash and weeds one by one? So were we. With the new Area Cleanup, you can quickly clear out large piles of clutter and overgrown patches. Prepping your space is now an absolute breeze!
That same efficiency applies indoors. Say goodbye to swinging your hammer at individual blocks. The new area demolition feature lets you smash through entire wall sections at once. It’s incredibly satisfying and saves a ton of time.
Built a house you absolutely love? Now you can take it with you. We’re introducing the ability to import and export your flipped houses between different save files. Your best designs are never locked to just one playthrough!
Many of the mechanics you’ve been complaining about have received major or minor upgrades to make your gameplay experience much smoother. Post-launch, we also want to take our time and bring some of these QoL changes to House Flipper 1 players as well.
