Fixed a crash happening when using warnings and compliments in public opinion (the affected saves are working again)
Added UI feedback when the retaliation will be confiscated by an attacking unit
Fixed fortifications not visible during the siege battles
Fixed some saves not loading properly due to technology unlocks issue
