Hello, Explorers!
If you watched our latest dev diaries, you know we’ve been working on a base building feature for Lysward. We are getting ready to test the very first version of its mechanics, and we want you to help us shape it from the ground up.
This August, we will be hosting an exclusive, closed playtest. We want to get early eyes on this system to make sure we are building the best possible version of the game, and that means we need your feedback. The dates for the playtest are still to be announced.
⚠️ What to Expect
Before you sign up, please keep in mind that this is a very early, unpolished build. We are still working on performance, so players with high-spec PCs are highly preferred for this specific test.
You will encounter bugs, placeholder assets, and rough edges. If you prefer a smooth, polished experience, we completely understand! We will have plenty of tests down the line with more complete builds. But if you love getting an early look at a game, we want you on board!
🎮 How It Works
Because this is a closed test, we are not using the standard Steam Playtest button. Instead, we are handling everything directly via email to keep the group focused.
So, fill out our official sign-up form through the button below before July 31st. If selected, we will email you instructions on how to access the private build as we get closer to the test.
You’ll get to play around with the mechanics, after which we’ll ask you to fill out a short questionnaire about your experience (and some rewards are coming with it!) If you're ready to help us build the foundation of Lysward, secure your spot before July 31st.
