New experimental "time limited duel" setting that starts shrinking the playable map area after the set time.
Flattened collision on Remastered map's floor to help make movement feel smoother on ground.
Wood Pawn:
Nerfed 4-shot burst into 3-shot burst
Slightly buffed firerate
Slightly nerfed reload time
Nerfed jump cooldown from 4 seconds to 5 seconds
Made jump slightly higher
Wood Queen:
Large Flamethrower DPS increase
Flamethrower takes longer to recharge and needs to recharge more often
Wood King:
Increased all flame damage
Slight slam adjustments to make it feel more intuitive to use
Wood Knight:
Toned down wallride VFX to increase visibility
Original Bishop:
Can no longer block while gliding.
Further improved black bishop's momentum issues coming off of glide.
Fixed wood pieces' SFX not respecting user settings and playing at full volume.
Here is the first real round of balancing for the wooden pieces. The wooden pieces have definitely pushed the limits of movement so I decided to devote most of this week's FPS Chess development time to trying out a new game setting to limit the board size as the time goes on.
