Expanded storage to 400 slots and added reviving dead fish directly from storage

Added Interface Size settings from 70–130%, larger small text, and better wrapping
Restored the previous fog, with options to disable it or use the old dirt look
Reduced fish saturation and varied plant sway speeds
Buy multiple items at once, with stock-rotation alerts and clearer currency feedback
Claimable quests sort to the top; event boards now offer six quests
