v0.16 of Rebel Duet is underway, and should be released considerably faster than the previous update.
This release will be much more romance and sex-heavy, which typically takes less time to develop compared to the more story-driven updates.One of the new scenes involves a return to the spot downtown where the protagonist and Valerie got frisky with one another. There will also be a threesome with Valerie and Rena, more optional sharing content, and the first full scene with Mira. Speaking of Mira, you'll have the opportunity to go on a date and get up to some trouble with her. You'll also be introduced to a couple members of her gang, one of which you may have already encountered earlier in the game.There will be some story development in v0.16 as well, with a large focus on Alina. For the first time, the Duke of Rothagen (Alina's father) will make an appearance.While Oruth and Avarenth were unambiguously evil, the Duke is designed to be a more complicated figure. You may (or may not) find yourself agreeing with some of his actions and motives, and you'll find that while he can be ruthless, he's also an experienced leader who cares for his family.The plan is for two different routes later in Act 4 where players can choose the side that most appeals to them. Going forward, there will be more choices that can change the direction of the story. For example, your decision to kill or spare Oruth in Act 2 will have an impact on certain developments in Act 4.Thank you for supporting Rebel Duet, and I hope you look forward to v0.16 and Act 4!
