HELLO. Small update today, fixing a few complaints people have had

Multi-monitor users rejoice! The monitor the game opens on can now be selected, either through the video settings menu or by pressing the F3 key. The selected monitor is saved, so it will always open on the correct display once set :)
The 'Empty Paws' achievement should now be achievable again.
Restored functionality of the ATM in The Dumpster
