Major Demo Update 0.1.40!

Multilanguage Support, Quest System, Controller Look and More!

We have a major update that adds new core features: Multilanguage, Quest System and UI optimizations

Multilanguage Support

  • The biggest change is support for 12 languages with more on the way. This includes full subtitle support during CG cutscenes, dialogue and UI.

  • Languages supported: English, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Mexico/Spain), Japanese, Korean, French, German, Polish, Russian

Quest Log

  • We have added a brand new quest log system that will guide the player through the demo. The system includes toggle-able main and side quests that can be pinned or hidden.

Inventory Bag

  • Initial version of the inventory bag, where you can view all items you currently have.

  • Currently, you can only view items in your inventory.

  • We plan to add consumable items as part of our upcoming crafting system

Controller Look

  • On controller, right thumbstick now allows players look around, while also moving the player. While in modes where the player has a ranged skill equipped, the right thumbstick reverts to aim mode (Grillo and Shackle Talisman).

UI Optimization

  • Added an icon for auto-aim that turns on when auto-aim is active.

  • In addition, during the Peechee race and chase sequences, auto-aim is now automatically turned off during the event. This prevents players from accidentally toggling auto-aim during the event.

  • During wall climb mode, control UI always appears (move/leap) to better guide players

  • In the Skill icon frame in the bottom right side of the main HUD, for skills that need a hold/long press interaction, a HOLD text above the control button

Map

  • Fixed collision issues in some parts of the map where players would get stuck or die in awkward corners.

  • Optimized some brazier puzzle design mechanics.

Bug Fixes

  • Various bug fixes. Thank you for your feedback and continued support!
