This update focuses on bringing more variety to your shifts and making it easier to switch between tasks.
What’s changed:
• Improved ticket selection in Infinite Mode reduces repeated problem types within a shift and gives recently seen cases a break.
• Tools are introduced gradually as you progress through the demo’s Infinite Mode.
• Some tickets now require closer attention to diagnostic clues before choosing a solution.
• Minigames preserve your progress when you close their window or switch to another ticket during the shift.
• Improved save reliability and backup recovery.
The demo’s existing content limits remain unchanged.
