A World Worth Carrying Forward
Roco Kingdom began sixteen years ago with the original web game and welcomed more than 300 million registered players within four years of its release. But behind that number was something far more meaningful: generations of players who found their first adventure, formed friendships, and met Jinies they would remember for years to come.
Carrying that world forward did not mean recreating the past. It meant holding on to the feeling that had always made it special — and that feeling has always begun with the Jinies: living manifestations of magic, hatched from eggs and shaped by the environments they inhabit. As a Roco Mage, you do more than collect them. You learn about them, form pacts with them, and grow alongside them.
The Story That Awaits You
Your journey begins as a newly admitted Roco aboard a magical airship, bound for your first year at the Magic Academy. But before you arrive, a sudden storm throws your journey off course — a storm that has disrupted the mountains, unsettled the Jinies living there, and signaled the return of a dark force long thought to be gone.
What begins as a journey to school becomes an adventure into a much older mystery. Why has the darkness returned? Why did a mysterious compass choose to respond to you? At its heart, the opening story of Roco Kingdom is about promises: why we make them, what it takes to keep them, and how choosing to believe in someone can save the world.
What We Cannot Wait to Share
There are the Jinies themselves — hundreds waiting to be discovered, each with its own design, personality, abilities, and way of expressing itself. Even Jinies of the same species can differ, and sometimes the one you never expected to love becomes your closest companion.
They respond to their surroundings, to one another, and to you. Some hide through magical disguises, some gather around music, and others react to your gestures, performances, and photographs. These small moments make the world feel full of surprises.
Roco Kingdom is also a world you can share. You can hold hands with friends, ride Jinies together, visit one another's homes, take on challenges, or spar with friends. Systems such as Jini Blessing and Lineup Mirroring also give friends more ways to share the Jini-raising and team-building experience.
A Promise for the Journey Ahead
Our global playtest is only the beginning. Our promise is to listen, to learn, and to keep this world growing alongside players around the globe — richer, warmer, and more surprising with every chapter. In time, new Jinies, regions, characters, stories, and ways to play will continue to expand Roco Kingdom.
Every new encounter can become a friendship. And every friendship can begin a new story.
