If you have already reached level 70, hurry to find Lucas from the village of Lupert to learn more about the Dwarf invasion. A chain of 7 quests awaits you in total, and upon completing them, you will receive a bundle of flowers that can be exchanged for a prize box.
Also, don't forget to visit your old friend, Gate Bregal, in Berneo. He has a couple of quests for you as well. From now on, defeating monsters above level 50 gives you a chance to obtain a Small Flower, which can be exchanged for a gift box.
Among the rewards are the unique Rune Keeper Costume, Rune Talisman, and Treasure of the Ancients.
For 12 Scarlet Flowers, you will receive the "Box with Unique Rune Keeper Costume (permanent) (Lv. 90)".
