Backer Surveys!!
Hey everyone! Thank you so much for your patience on this, I'm incredibly excited to announce that we have just had our backers survey approved by Kickstarter and are now ready to start posting out your orders to you!!
In the next day or so you'll receive a notification to fill in some details so we can start sending off your merch! this includes Keychains, Tote Bags, Sticker Sheets, Desk mats and of course- AXOLOTL PLUSHIES!!
This is such an exciting time for us as a small studio because we get to share just a little bit of our world with everyone.
This also means that we will no longer be accepting late pledges on our Kickstarter so we really wanted to that the almost 500 people who have believed in our vision enough to pledge funds to help us in the development of our first ever independent indie game!
While you will no longer be able to pledge to the campaign, we have opened up the backer survey for addons - so if you missed out the first time, you can still get an Axolotl or a anything else. This type of support is my favorite because it helps us as a team to pay our developers and amplify our message (and you get something cute to show off!!)
There is only limited stock left so get in quick! I don't know when we will be getting more merch!!
Pixel Expo Perth trip!
This week, we are visiting Perth, WA for their annual convention: Pixel Expo!! if you are in Perth please come along and visit us! we had such a great time last year and we are so excited to see everyone again this year!
How's Development Going!?
Oh man, Development is coming along SO WELL at the moment! in fact - we are actually starting a YouTube channel to show off all the awesome work the team is doing!! I haven't posted anything yet but once I do I'll make sure to let everyone know! We've been making a lot of changes to some of our more "Legacy" systems - this includes some boring stuff like updating our save system and hub states so that as the project scales and gets bigger these systems wont need too much extra work - It's not super interesting to show these types of things off haha, but we DO have some great teasers for our Desert Dungeon: Harmonic Sands! We are also starting to make a lot of progress on the next few boss fights as well as adding more content to the Forest Dungeon: Lampshade Grove [BEFORE Set Dressing][AFTER SET DRESSING]I also wanted to show off these super cute new tea shrine! You'll find this in the dungeons as your exploring and they help your axolotl is all sorts of different ways, from powering up to healing to better loot!
