Fake names and upgrade improvements and art bug fixes

I added an checkbox to the Main Menus Options, which will allow users to display fake names instead of their steam account names in a lobby/match.

Now, when starting a match in the pvp demon arena. Everyone gets to pick to either upgrade their spell, or equipment at the start. Instead of everyone having their spells upgraded by default to allow more variety and choices.

To upgrade equipment or spells, you now have to hold down the upgrade. This allows users to still cast spells without accidently upgrading them.

Fixed a few minor art visual bugs, causing things to render under/over objects incorrectly.

Fixed tokens earned leaderboards to display in descending order.
