Music System Improvements
- Fixed music breaking completely after loading a composition
- Fixed Audio element reuse bug after stop/start cycle
- Music is now independent of composition state
- Mini Player Source Selection & Empty State Indication
- Source buttons (folder / playlist / saved) added to the MusicMiniPlayer header bar
- Standalone music playback without requiring a music tile in the grid

UI / Control Bar
- Reserved Drag Column in Global Control Bar (Easier to see and looks more polished)

Polish & Accessibility
- LayoutPicker Load button now includes layout name in aria-label

Plus behind the scenes preparation for our next feature...Canvas mode!

Known issue, There is a confirmation setting that slipped into this release that has no impact on the live build. But will impact the Beta build that is coming soon which contains Canvas mode.
